On the ground floor: one bedroom with a double bed (160×200) and a shower room with a walk-in shower. Upstairs: two bedrooms with a double bed (160×200) and a sofa bed, plus a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a bathtub.

Heating, water, electricity, end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen (beds made on arrival), bath towels and pool towels. Only the tourist tax is extra. Wi-Fi is available in the house.

Yes. The open-plan kitchen has an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, pod and filter coffee machines, toaster and kettle.

Yes: washer and tumble dryer on the ground floor, a lounge with a fireplace and a smart TV. Upstairs, the landing has toys for children and books.

Yes, pets are welcome and the garden is fully enclosed. Just mention it when you book.

Yes. The garden is enclosed, with children's games and a safe outdoor area, and the upstairs landing has toys and books. Please keep an eye on children near the pool, which is not covered. Family outing ideas are on our blog.

Yes, the estate can be booked in every season. In winter, the lounge with its fireplace and the Christmas tree set up in December make for a cosy stay; the pool is open from May to September only.

Yes, the estate is also listed on Airbnb and with Gîtes de France (ref. G6164). Booking directly on this site avoids platform fees and lets you reach us without an intermediary.

Yes, the pool is heated, private, and open from May to September. It is not covered and is 2.50 m deep, so children must always be supervised.

Yes, there is parking on the estate.

Receptions with guests who are not staying overnight are accepted by prior request only and may be priced differently. Please contact us before booking so we can confirm your project.

There is no classic conference room: a large living room, a lounge with a fireplace, a terrace and an enclosed garden provide warm working spaces. Tell us what you need (screen, flipchart, Wi-Fi…) and we will confirm what is possible. Corporate seminars.

We can arrange meals and breakfasts with local partners according to your needs; they are detailed in our proposal. Vegetarian, gluten-free, allergies: just mention it in your request.
